BAM-UPAEP Faculty: horizons and challenges

Abstract

In this document, the aim is to delve into the achievements, and challenges of the Bionics, Aerospace, and Mechatronics Engineering (BAM) programs at the Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla (UPAEP). Beyond an organizational perspective based on indicators, the authors seek to inspire a fresh and motivating outlook on the origins and applications of each of these disciplines, while also highlighting their importance in an increasingly competitive job market, where the growing use of new technologies becomes a key element in the development of high-value human capital.
