Abstract

The objective of this article is to address conceptual problems around international migration. In joined by the above, this research evaluates different concepts inherent to international migration. From this perspective, terminology inherent to migration connotes human displacement, but at the same time implies to a greater or lesser extent across cultural, social, economic, as well as political boundaries. Migration is a regulated process, where various conditions of social, historical, structural, cultural and political order will impose its seal and particularities on it. Finally, another objective of this article is to evaluate the phenomenon of international migration from the perspective of the theory of modernization
