This article explores the French conceptualization of globalization that provides interesting elements for analysis from the perspective of internal relations and political science, being the only language that makes a semantic difference on the term globalization and globalization. Globalization is already known to be an ancient process but the word “globalization” was created in 1960 or so, and writing on the subject was developed in the 1980s and 1990s. In France, the distinction between globalization and globalization takes place during the 1990s. It is essential to dislocate these blurry concepts whose definition is not delimited and approved anywhere in the world. This essay aims to give a clearer approximation to the French term of globalization and the implications, as well as the contradictions that emerge from this conceptualization for the study and approximation of the complex international reality
