Local development from the global influence in the socio-cultural región Ixtacuixtla-Panotla

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to analyze some sociocultural characteristics that allow visualize the development that gestates within the Ixtacuixtla microregion in the state of Tlaxcala and what they mean and represent for its inhabitants carrying out products and their incorporation in the global economy. Through an analysis of the globalizing factors and their influence at the local level, empirical evidence in the rates of growth and development at the national, subnational and municipal levels is identified, as well as the data of the data offered by the INEGI in its catalog of federation codes of federal entities, municipalities and towns of 2015.
