La satisfacción laboral y la competitividad de las sucursales de una misma firma ferretera del estado de Veracruz

The results of a correlational research are presented with mixed approach of transectional and non-experimental study, whose data were obtained by questionnaires analysis of competitiveness in small companies and the questionnaire of job satisfaction S20 / 23 which were applied to staff branches of a small company in the central region of Veracruz. The correlation coefficient obtained indicates weak positive correlation between the variables studied; so it is considered of low relevance satisfaction of employees at the branches, so that they can be competitive. Expected future, further research to identify internal factors that contribute more to competitiveness.
