Abstract

In Mexico and all around the world enterprises are worried about talent acquisition cost, so that is why we need tools that can provide a solution to problems like staff turnover, job misery and depression. There is a way to approach a solution thru marketing and HR departments collaboration. An analysis of the textile sector allow to find three philosophies which are; spiritual enterprise, employer branding and branding in order to develop and present as a result of researching the model Human Loyal Branding (HLB) which can be use in any enterprise no matter size or sector.
